What’s going wrong in your Relationships?

Love relationships can be destroyed by you and your partner. See how that happens.

I’ve watched a lot of love relationships breakup and seen dramatic flare-ups and slow deaths in relationships and I’ve tried to pay attention to what seems to be going on or going wrong! Here are a few of the things that cause people to destroy their own romantic relationships and dating experiences.

Curb your competitive streak fast! One of the deadliest killers of relationships is the competitive urge. I’m not talking about losing a card game & but am referring to attitude that the relationship itself is a game that you’ve tying to win. People in competitive personal relationships are always looking for an advantage or the upper hand over their partner! Wrong, wrong, wrong!

In your romantic relationships or marriage, you may fall into the trap of biting your tongue on certain issues and not really communicating what’s wrong and although in the short term this may keep things calm, in the long term it gradually erodes the foundation of the relationship away.

Listening to one another in love relationships is essential and I do mean really listening to others thoughts, opinions, criticism, feelings and desires. When in your personal relationships, it’s normal to want to defend yourself when you hear something that seems like criticism. Instead of really hearing someone’s opinion about your relationship, you interrupt to explain but your partner deserves your active listening.

Being afraid of breaking up your relationships could be a problem. It’s a big warning sign that something’s wrong in your romantic relationships. But often, what’s wrong is the fear itself and it shows a lack of self-confidence and self-esteem that you have about your romantic relationships you’re afraid that there’s no reason for someone to want to be in a relationship with you, and that sooner or later your partner will take off. That’s a killer for your personal relationships.

I could go on and on forever about reasons for relationships ending or love relationships heading into turmoil central! But these are some points for you to consider to turn your relationship into a successful relationship until I decide to bring up some more relationship deal breakers.
