Nathaniel Walter Radimak, the man infamously known for violent road rage attacks in Southern California, is back behind bars after an incident in Hawaii. Radimak, 39, was paroled after serving time for a series of brutal assaults, but now he’s facing more charges after allegedly attacking a woman and her teenage daughter in a road rage incident on May 7.
According to the Honolulu Police Department, Radimak was speeding in his gray Tesla when he had a heated exchange with an 18-year-old woman and her mother, who were parked in a car. Radimak reportedly got out of his vehicle and assaulted both the teenager and her mother before fleeing the scene. He was arrested on charges of third-degree assault, unauthorized entry into a vehicle, and contempt of court.
The woman involved in the attack, Diane Ung, spoke out about the ordeal. She told KABC-TV that she was teaching her daughter how to parallel park when Radimak’s Tesla sped past them. Ung claimed that Radimak almost hit her daughter with his car, which led the teenager to shout, “Slow down!” in response.

Surveillance footage later showed Radimak making a U-turn and yelling at the 18-year-old, who had a baby sleeping in the car. According to Ung, Radimak demanded that her daughter repeat herself before reaching into the car and punching her in the face. Ung then tried to defend her daughter, throwing her iced coffee at Radimak’s car, which led to him crossing the street and delivering what Ung described as a “Superman punch” to her face. She fell to the ground, and Radimak fled the scene.
This arrest comes less than a year after Radimak was paroled from a prison sentence for a series of violent attacks in Southern California in 2023. In those incidents, he attacked eight people with a metal pipe, and the confrontations were often triggered by road rage while he was behind the wheel of his Tesla. Radimak was sentenced to five years in prison but was released on parole after serving less than a year.
In one of the most widely reported incidents, Radimak was captured on video in Glendale, California, on January 11, 2023, when he stopped his car in traffic, got out, and struck another vehicle with a pipe. Other similar reports followed, with victims describing a man in a Tesla randomly attacking their cars with a metal pipe. The attacks earned him the nickname “Tesla road rage guy” on social media.
Gloria Allred, an attorney representing some of Radimak’s victims in California, told KABC-TV that this latest attack was almost inevitable, given Radimak’s history. She added that he could be extradited to California for violating his parole. “This is someone who remains dangerous, who has not learned his lesson,” Allred said.
As Radimak faces more serious charges in Hawaii, his past actions continue to raise alarm about his violent tendencies, and his future may involve facing additional consequences for his actions on both coasts.
