Katie Price and Kieran Hayler are officially divorced, leaving the reality star and former glamour model “so happy”.
The former flames married in 2013, saying “I do” on a sun-soaked beach in Barbados just a few months after they first met.
However, their relationship fell apart after a number of cheating allegations, and this week, Katie, 42, has confirmed they signed the papers to finalise their divorce
Since their separation, Katie has found love with Love Island star Carl Woods, with the pair speaking openly about their plans to marry.
Discussing her divorce, Katie told The Sun she was delighted to put any “badness” behind her, wishing Kieran the best in the future.
She told the publication: “Finally, we’ve signed the divorce papers.
“I’m so happy that I’m free from that marriage.
“The only good thing that came out of it was my children.”
Kieran was Katie’s third husband, having previously walked down the aisle with singer Peter Andre and former Hollyoaks star Alex Reid.
Renewing their vows twice over the years, they welcomed two children together – seven-year-old Jett and six-year-old Bunny.
The mum-of-five added that she “can’t wait” to continue her life with new beau Carl by her side, with the sweethearts going public with their relationship last summer.
Last year, Kieran proposed to his long-term girlfriend Michelle Penticost, getting on bended knee during an idyllic Maldives getaway.
Sharing the news with fans, Kieran wrote: “Being locked down in isolation has made me realise this was the best decision!!!!
“Couples that self isolate together stay together!!!!”
Wedding bells are also on the horizon for Katie, who has spoken candidly about her plans for the future with the one-time Love Island contestant.
Last year, she ruled out a Christmas engagement, telling The Sun: “There is no way he will give me a ring at Christmas… it is too cliché.”
“He will do it when I least expect it.”
Carl has also confessed he plans to pop the question, but hopes to make the proposal as romantic and spontaneous as possible.
He added: “She won’t even know it is coming.”
