The list for coronavirus symptoms is very long, but now one researcher is saying there is something else to add to the list that may be a very helpful warning sign of infection.
According to Tim Spector, a professor of genetic epidemiology at King’s College London, public health officials should add to the list of possible symptoms “COVID-19 tongue”. The British researcher is assisting in the tracking of COVID-19 infection warning signs, and according to Spector, he’s “Seeing increasing numbers of Covid tongues and strange mouth ulcers. If you have a strange symptom or even just headache and fatigue stay at home!”
Spector continued and said that he believes that more than a third (35%) of COVID-19 patients have symptoms that aren’t considered to be classic of the infection within the first three days of infection.
