Actress Lindsay Lohan says she is ready to move past her legal troubles and start a family. “I want kids. I want to settle down with someone. I want a family,” Lohan said in an interview to London’s Sunday Times. The “Mean Girls” star is reportedly dating an Italian businessman called Mathia Milani, she, however, said she is “undecided” when asked if he was her “man.” Lohan turns 29 next month.
