A man has been charged by police in America for sexually assaulting a teenage girl and taking nude images of her.
Jaret Wright, 20, from Barberton in Ohio allegedly raped the teenage girl from Cincinnati while he lived under her bed for three weeks before the girl’s mother found out he was staying there.
It is understood that the victim and Jaret Wright met through the internet but it is not clear whether he was invited to stay in the home or if they were dating.
Wright, who was arrested on Thursday, March 18, is accused of holding down the victim and forcing her to have sex, reports the Mail Online.
Police confirmed that the victim knew Jaret Wright was staying under her bed but her mother did not know.
Authorities did not say how the mother eventually learned Wright was inside the property or when she found out.
It was also unclear whether Wright was able to come and go from the property or he was there for the entire three weeks.
Wright has been charged with sexual assault and producing child pornography, police say.
Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office said Wright is accused of having taken naked photographs of the victim.
Wright’s bail was set at 50,000 dollars and he currently remains at the Hamilton County Justice Centre.
