Jennifer Lopez has spent a whopping amount of $18 million on her new home, which is in the exclusive Water Mill area of the Hamptons, New York.

The singer and actress, who recently got separated from her husband of seven years Marc Anthony, can definitely afford the exquisite property as it was recently revealed she has re-signed to judge ‘American Idol’ when it returns to screen later this year for a reported $20 million.
The 14,000 square foot home, which was built in 2010, features seven bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms and beautiful panoramic water views.
While talking about her spilt, she said it was the ‘hardest decision’ she has ever made. However, she is still positive about her future.
“Sometimes it doesn’t work – and that’s sad. But I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love. It’s still my biggest dream.” She said.
