Celebrity couple Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane dropped the case they filed against gossip side Gawker.com, after having a closed dinner meeting between the couple and the Gawker media, the $1 Million lawsuit is now void.
The issue between both parties started when Gawker Media uploaded a private home video of the couple with former Miss USA contestant Kari Ann Peniche, where the three were sharing intimate moments together. It was uploaded without permission at the websites Fleshbot and Defamer.
