British comedian Russell Brand and pop singer Katy Perry married on Saturday in a traditional spiritual Hindu ceremony at an exclusive hotel resort in Rajasthan, India.
As the sun set through the early evening, the guests arrived in cars with black out windows. British singer-songwriter Noel Gallagher was reported to be attending the ceremony, as well as Brand’s close friend, television presenter Jonathan Ross. The maid of honor was not expectedly Rihanna but was a family friend.
The wedding rituals began around at 7 p.m. Brand was seen with traditional henna patterns on his hands and Katy chose a grey wedding dress designed by Ellie Saab, instead of white and wore an Indian bridal nose ring. She also traditional Indian Saris at the beginning of nuptial and adorned her hands with traditional henna patterns.
However, The couple was pronounced man and wife by a Christian minister.
