The Kensington Palace has been opened for the public after redesigning it. The palace has got a major makeover and it has been opened for the public for them to find out what it feels like living or standing in a building which is centuries old and has seen a great amount of history in it. The palace has seen history where it comes to affairs of state and also the affairs of heart.
A lot of things that belong to the royal family are available on display which includes Victoria’s baby shoes and also Princess Diana’s little black dress. There is a side of the palace which is for the Royal family members to reside in. Prince Williams and his wife the Duchess of Cambridge are planning on moving to this part of the palace next month.
Several Journalists were recently given a tour of the palace and it is soon going to be opened for the general public as soon as next week. The timings are appropriate because the tourist season is here and also Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations and Olympics.
