Anastasia Pokreshchuk, who is a fan of extreme face fillers, usually has a pearly white smile.
But underneath her veneers, her real gnashers have been filed down into smaller pegs to fit the falsies on top.
The 30-year-old Ukrainian model didn’t seem shy about giving fans a look inside her mouth.
She posted the picture on Instagram, where she joked about her real teeth being a turn on for men.
Fans appreciated her sense of humour – and her post garnered more than 14,200 likes.
One fan laughed: “This is the best picture I’ve seen today.”
Another joked: “When you know how to take good photos.”
A third wrote: “You’ve made my day.”
And a fourth added: “Poor girl. I know how painful that is!
“I did it myself recently and I couldn’t eat for a week.”

The influencer got her first face filler at 26, which helped her cheekbones to look more prominent.
She also got lip filler and Botox injected into her forehead – and was quickly hooked on her chiselled look.
Previously, she revealed: “After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them.
“I love them, I want them to look like this and I’m very happy.”

The model added: “I regularly inject other parts of my face myself.
“I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.”
