Shocked? Nutella is actually a health tip food as it contains lecithin, a soy extract high in protein, calcium and iron to protect your bones and boost your energy levels. Online health tips suggest that the antioxidants in cocoa help balance blood pressure and reduce blood clotting.
As health tips go, hazelnuts are a fantastic source of healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, vitamin E to boost the immune system and B vitamins to aid energy production!
