Chicago police are actively searching for a woman who was caught on camera last month in a heated altercation with airline employees, even going so far as to throw computer equipment at them. The incident occurred around 7:45 a.m. on July 30 at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, police confirmed to Fox News Digital.

The 31-year-old suspect was recorded in a staff area behind a check-in counter, engaging in a verbal altercation with two women, aged 24 and 40. The video shows the suspect becoming increasingly agitated, eventually knocking over various items on a desk.

According to a witness who captured the incident on video and spoke to Storyful, the woman “lost it” after missing her flight. In the footage, the woman is seen climbing back over the bag drop conveyor belt and shouting “stupid” at Frontier Airlines staff.

Chicago police reported that the suspect threw a cell phone, striking the 40-year-old victim and hitting the 24-year-old victim in the leg. After the altercation, the woman fled the scene, and authorities have yet to locate her. Area detectives are continuing their investigation.

Frontier Airlines did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital regarding the incident.

This altercation follows another recent incident involving Frontier Airlines, in which a pilot was arrested earlier this month, leading to the cancellation of a flight. The arrest took place at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, according to authorities. The pilot, identified by the Houston Police Department as 45-year-old Seymour Walker, was wanted on an assault-family violence warrant.

Video footage captured by a passenger shows Walker being escorted off the plane by three officers, handcuffed and led to a patrol car. The arrest occurred before any passengers had boarded Flight 3195, which was scheduled to fly to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

The two unrelated incidents have raised concerns about safety and security at airports, particularly regarding the behavior of both passengers and airline personnel. Chicago police continue their efforts to locate the woman involved in the O’Hare altercation, as the investigation remains ongoing.
