CDC says after getting COVID-19 vaccine this mistake could kill you

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have warned against making this mistake after getting a COVID-19 vaccine.

Coronavirus vaccines are being rolled out around the country, and now the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a warning about making one mistake that may be fatal.

Millions of Americans are receiving their COVID-19 vaccines every day, but there is one mistake that you should watch out for after getting a COVID-19 vaccine. According to the CDC, once you get a COVID-19 vaccine, you shouldn’t leave the vaccination site for at least 30 minutes.

The reason the CDC has issued this warning is that there is a small chance that you could have an allergic reaction to the vaccine, and if you leave the vaccination site, that allergic reaction could potentially be fatal.

Severe allergic reactions can include anaphylaxis, which is the swelling of the mouth and throat. While the chances of you getting a severe allergic reaction from a COVID-19 vaccine, the safety precautions are still recommended just in case.
