With her new venture, she joins Kim Kardashian and rumoured rival Katy Perry, who also have popular mobile games under the Glu banner. The tech company also recently signed a contract with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. Their games have proven to be exceedingly popular as Glu Mobile’s first celebrity-oriented release, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, made $43 million (£29 million) within three months after it hit the market in 2014. CNN Money estimated Kim Kardashian: Hollywood was raking in $700,000 (£800,000) each day during the height of its popularity.
