Kim Kardashian sparks SHOCK cosmetic surgery theory after Met Gala

Kim Kardashian’s appearance at Monday’s Met Gala has sparked a new cosmetic surgery theory among fans and observers. The 43-year-old reality TV star shocked attendees with her incredibly thin waist while wearing a silver Maison Margiela corset gown. The striking look left some wondering if she’d had ribs removed to achieve her slender silhouette.

However, eagle-eyed social media users soon noticed another peculiar detail about her appearance: her remarkably smooth hands. Dana Omari-Harrell, who runs the popular plastic surgery-themed Instagram account @IGFamousByDana, suggested that Kardashian may have undergone “hand filling,” a procedure involving the injection of dermal fillers to reduce wrinkles.

In a post comparing photos of Kim’s hands from past years to the present, Dana pointed out the notable difference. The reality star’s hands, which she once called “wrinkly and gross” in 2022, appeared significantly smoother, with nearly all wrinkles and lines vanished, told Daily Mail.

“A follower asked if I thought Kim had her hands done, so I looked back at her Met 2024 pics, and yes, I do actually!” Dana wrote. She speculated that Kim may have used dermal fillers like Radiesse, a fat transfer, or Sculptra. “There are a couple of other products people use for filling hands, too. Lasers and microneedling resurface and build collagen but don’t fill.”

Dana also noted that Kim has been much thinner lately than in the older photos, which should have made her hands appear even less full after weight loss. However, her hands now show more fullness, suggesting a cosmetic procedure rather than weight-related changes.

The caption also pointed out that Kim often wore gloves or covered her hands with sleeves or jewelry to avoid showing them on camera. “She tends to pose with her hands where the backs aren’t visible.”

In a 2022 interview with Allure, Kim expressed her dislike for her hands, calling them “wrinkly and gross.” Despite her criticisms, she acknowledged the important role they play in her life. “I’ve lived life and changed so many diapers with these hands, and I’ve snuggled my babies with these hands, so I’m okay with them,” she said. She added that she has made peace with not being perfect.

However, Kim admitted that she still strives for perfection and would “do anything to look and feel youthful.” She clarified that she has only used Botox on her forehead and has never had fillers on her lips or cheeks. Her eyelashes, she claimed, are real, and she does not wear extensions.

“I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good,” she said. “I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day, or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above.”

Another topic of discussion at the Met Gala was Kim’s shockingly thin waist. Known for her curvaceous figure and prominent backside, her appearance in the Maison Margiela corset gown sparked concern among social media users. One predicted that she would “be in the hospital by the end of the night,” while another asked, “How many ribs did she get removed?”

Adding to the intrigue of her outfit was a gray knit cropped sweater that Kim wrapped around herself, which appeared somewhat disconnected from the rest of her look.

Overall, her appearance at the Met Gala sparked widespread speculation and conversation, with her evolving look continuing to captivate and intrigue her followers.
