She is currently making her debut in a Hollywood blockbuster after a a slew of successful Indie films. And on Sunday evening Elizabeth Olsen looked every inch the leading lady as she attended the premiere of Godzilla at London’s Leicester Square.
The 25-year-old turned heads dressed in a dramatic midnight blue gown by Elie Saab which not only shimmered as she moved but also featured a sexy sheer skirt. Elizabeth, who plays the wife of US Navy Lieutenant Ford Brody – nurse Elle Brody – in the upcoming Godzilla remake, looked confident in her choice of outfit as she posed away.
Her stunning dress featured a medium sized train which dragged behind her as she made her way down the red carpet. Speaking on the red carpet about the film on Sunday, she said: ‘I didn’t really know what a Godzilla film is, I had never seen one before. But I signed on after talking to Gareth, who told me it is the best monster movie ever made.
‘It was fun to shoot but watching it is so amazing. I’ve seen it twice and I’ve never had so much fun watching a movie before.’ The actress also said the latest version was a homage to the original film, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. ‘The only film we really reference out of all the Godzillas is the 1954 version,’ she explained.
She was joined for the occasion by her fiancé Boyd Holbrook who looked dapper in a navy suit as he posed beside her.
