Former Disney star Miley Cyrus is suing a website, which published a naked picture, saying it is hers.
The picture is a raunchy faceless image of a woman, who is claimed to be ‘Hannah Montana’ star, standing in the bathroom with same wavy blonde hairstyle as Cyrus and also sports her signature bracelets.
The website also claims that Cyrus had sent the photo to her ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and they had obtained it after her iphone was stolen. Besides, it claims that the photo had been taken in a sexting session during her brief stay at Westin Palace hotel following the latest MTV Video Awards.
However, Cyrus’ spokesperson has denied the news saying ‘Party in the USA’ star has a tattoo reading ‘Just Breathe’ under her left breast, plus the women in the image is skinner then Miley.
