Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz after three years of their marriage have decided to part ways.
The ‘Outta My Head’ singer, who has a two-year-old son Bronx with the former ‘Fall Out Boy’ rocker told “irreconcilable differences” is what led them apart, but the pair insist they are still friends.
In a joint statement, they said: “After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.
However, Ashlee and Wentz are still going to remain friends and loving parents to their son Bronx, who happiness and well-being still is their number one priority.
The couple married in May 2008 without any prenuptial agreement.
