A bench warrant was issued on Monday for Lindsay Lohan who has yet again violated the terms of her probation, but she won’t be taken into custody until her next hearing, which is on Friday.
Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge, Eldon Fox will decide at that time whether Lohan should be sent back to jail or back into locked down drug rehabilitation.
Lohan on her Twitter page has admitted that she failed the test and said she was ready to face the consequences. “Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result,” she tweeted, “This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences.”
