Pilates and yoga is helping the actress get a head start on toning up again after baby son is born in the new year. Molly Sims Model-turned-actress Molly Sims is already making plans to lose her baby weight months before she becomes a mum for the third time. The 43-year-old star is counting down the days to her due date after revealing she and husband Scott Stuber are set to welcome a son into the world early next year (16). The baby, a sibling for the couple’s kids Brooks, four, and Scarlett, 19 months, was “a surprise” for the Stubers, but Molly can’t wait to become a mum again, so she can get back into shape.
She tells In Touch magazine she has spent the last two months of her pregnancies worrying about how she is going to lose the baby weight, and this time she has a plan in place. “It’s very hard,” she tells the publication. “You spend the last two months being pregnant thinking, ‘How am I going to get the weight off?’ My first pregnancy, I was 204 pounds when I went to the hospital.:I have a little bit of a thyroid problem, so we’re trying to put a plan together now. I’m exercising more, although if I exercise too much, I find that I’m starving! So I’m doing a little bit of Pilates, a little bit of yoga and a little bit of cardio.” And to those mums who insist pregnant women should eat what they like, relax and not worry about losing the weight after pregnancy, Molly says, “I’ve always said… it’s not like you wake up one day like, ‘Oh, I’m not going to worry about it (weight)!’ I always have to watch it.
