According to a source who spoke to OK! Magazine, Kim is keen to take the reins when it comes to shaping the future of her four children, especially eldest daughter North West. While Kris is known for building the Kardashian-Jenner empire from the ground up — and for introducing the entire clan to the reality TV world — Kim wants to do things differently this time around.
“Kim is mapping out a plan for North West and all her children,” the insider revealed, adding, “She’s got a great team working with her, she knows all the right people and studio heads, and she’s calling the shots.” Another source claimed that Kim’s already getting North involved in the entertainment world, saying, “She’s signing North up for photo shoots and voiceovers and she’s thinking up lucrative deals for the other ones.”
But don’t mistake this for stage mum energy. Kim’s approach is reportedly more considered than Kris’s classic full-steam-ahead style. “Kim would like the best for her children and, unlike Kris, she’s not pushing them,” a source clarified.
Kris, on the other hand, has been focused for years on securing the future of the Kardashian brand — and she’s not entirely thrilled by her daughters drifting away from the reality show that made them famous. An insider told Life & Style that, “Kris is always thinking ahead. It’s been high on her agenda for years to build the next generation of her family empire, which is why she’s been slowly phasing the kids into the show.”
