Home spa is essential when talking about meditating in the morning hours for the early risers. Taking care of your body through home spa proves to be beneficial in the long run. It might reduce anti-aging, wrinkles, blemishes, often appearance of dead skin and lethargy.

To begin with the home spa, focus on your sensitive skin and hair. Wash your face with a mild cleanser that is suitable for your skin-type. After the wash, apply a toner along with a moisturizer which is non-scented and is also oil-free. The next step is to make your eyebrows neat. Use warm water on your skin that will open up your pores makes the plucking process of excess hair on your skin much easy.

Wash your face thoroughly to start off with a steam facial as part of the relaxing home spa. This can be done by pouring hot water in a bowl and mix a few oils into that bowl. To make it easy, drape a towel on your head so that the steam doesn’t evaporate in the air. Spray a bit of rose water on your face. This will allow you to get rid of the blackheads from your nose. Use an apricot scrub to gently exfoliate your dead skin and finish off the facial with a massage.

To make it a bit exciting, play jazz or classical music as per your taste in the background while you are enjoying your special home spa. Spray lavender too to make the aura of home spa fulfilling. Herbal face mask remains suitable once you’re done with the facial and hair removal from your face’s skin.

Now, comes the part where thorough cleansing of teeth is required. Brush your teeth and use a mouthwash because it adds a lot to your home spa day. Give yourself a manicure and a pedicure while you plan to give yourself special treatment. Use hand and foot creams, nail buffers and scrubs later on. File the nails and cut them if necessary. Also, you can apply a transparent nail polish to give it a neat and finishing look.

Now, your home spa is almost complete and you are ready to take a home spa bath. Light some candles in the place where you are taking a bath. Apply a scented body wash which will smell good even hours later. Finally, use a moisturizer when you finish taking bath and move ahead and enjoy your spa day!
