 23 years old actress Lindsay Lohan is demanding $100 million over ‘milkaholic’ advertisement. She might be not getting any front line roles in the movies anymore, but she is bringing a lawsuit over a broadly viewed television advertisement.
Lindsay Lohan actually took a legal action against the E-Trade company for $100 million claiming about a company advertisement. In the advertisement, a baby is named ‘Lindsay’ is referred to as ‘milkaholic’ violated her rights. According to Lindsay, the E-Trade company is using her name to get profit, as most of the famous personalities are known by one name only. Most of the viewers are also referring it to Lindsay Lohan. On the contrary, the company is denying that it has nothing to do with Lindsay Lohan.
