- 4x 25 cm pizza base
- 6 tbsps prepared pesto
- 1 1/2 cups roasted red capsicum strips
- 1/2 cup chopped canned tomatoes
- 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- Preheat oven to 200oC
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place bases on trays.
- Spread each pizza base with pesto, and then top each with pepper strips, tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the bottoms are nicely browned.
