- 1 egg
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
- Whipped cream
1: In a microwave-safe mug, mix together egg, pumpkin, condensed milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth. Clean the edges of the cup and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the center is no longer liquid.
2: Carefully remove the mug from the microwave as it will be hot and garnish with graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
