Various skin problems like skin tanning or sun burns are faced by girls during summers due to their negligence. A little attention can save your skin from these problems in summer. Direct exposure to sun can cause skin tanning and can cause crow feet around your eyes. Use of sun blocks can also help you save your skin from sun during summers. Sun blocks with SPF 15 are ideal to use in summers.

Drinking lots of water help your skin look fresher and lively in summers. Do not forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day as this is the most economical and the best method to have a glowing skin. Drinking fruit juices in summers especially the juice of carrot will help your skin too. So try to drink fruit juices as frequently as possible as they are tasty and good for your skin too.

Daily cleansing routine for skin is also a must to have glowing skin in summers. You do not have to use expensive cleansers to cleanse your skin in summers. Rose water is the best cleanser of skin and is very inexpensive too. So just dab a piece of cotton in rose water and cleanse your skin with it daily before going to bed. You should also exfoliate your skin twice a week in summers to cleanse your skin pores from dust and to remove dead skin cell. For exfoliating you can use face scrubs which are easily available in the market. Garnier light face scrub is a good option. Several other good scrubs are also available in the market.

If you want something inexpensive for exfoliating you can use chickpea flour from the kitchen of your home for exfoliating your skin in summers. Using chick pea flour is very economical as you just have to put some chickpea flour in some milk and simply apply it on your face and scrub it off when it dries. It will not only refresh your skin but will make you have a fairer skin tone.
