Rejuvenate your Skin and Body with Homemade Masks

Although face is the central part of our body and most of the women do special care of their face but we can’t deny the importance of beautiful skin and body as well.

Every woman wants to look beautiful and different. It is not necessary that every woman is beautiful and charming naturally or by born but if you do special care of your skin and body then eventually you become charming and beautiful. It is commonly seen that most of the women put emphasis on their face only and for this, they use expensive and too many beauty and skin care products. Although face is the focal and prime part of our body but it is also important to have a neat, clean and beautiful skin and body.

For this purpose, you don’t have to go for beauty salon or to use expensive and too many skin and body beauty enhancing products. You can rejuvenate your skin and body at a very low cost at your home. There are lot of skin and body masks which enhance your over all skin, body and beauty.

Different Masks for skin and body:

  • Take an egg without yolk, add few drops of lemon and half table spoon of honey and mix it well. Apply this mask at your face, hands and feet for 20 minutes. It will make your skin smooth and shiny like a child.
  • Mix few drops of lemon or orange juice in egg yolk. Apply this mask for 20 minutes on your face, neck, hands, arms and feet. This mask will solve your oily skin problem.
  • To enhance the overall beauty of your skin and body and for fair complexion, honey mask is very good. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice in it and apply to your face and body. After 20 minutes, remove this mask from Luke warm water.
  • You can also use turnip’s seeds to rejuvenate the beauty of your skin and body. Turnip’s seed’s powder will be easily available from a herbal store.
  • For wrinkle free skin and body use cucumber paste but cool it in refrigerator before applying.
  • Take one table spoon of gram flour, add one table spoon of turnip’s juice and mix it will. Apply it for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water when dry. It will smooth and shine your skin and removes dead skin.
  • These masks are very necessary for middle and old age women to maintain and enhance their skin and beauty. Always go for home made masks as they have  natural ingredients in them but if you use ready-made masks (available in markets), always check the ingredient’s list and expiry date to avoid any skin damage.
  • Beside these masks, do manicure and pedicure for beautiful hands and feet.
