5 Tips for Eye Health and Maintaining Good Eye Sight

1. Eat for Good Vision

Diet plays important role to make better vision of your eyes. So start protecting your eyes with the food you eat. The food includes with nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zinc, and vitamins C and E helps to make your vision clear and bright. • Make sure your glasses or lens prescription is up-to-date and sufficient for computer use.

• Place your computer so that your eyes are level with the top of the screen. This will allow you to look little down towards the screen.

• If your eyes get dry, blink them more to get clear vision.
